Move Thomas to the left up the stairs and jump from side to side to reach the end. Once you have respawned, simply move Thomas to the right over the falling blocks to reach the end. Clear the obstacle, drop to the floor and then move back to the left to pick it up: You will find your first collectable here at the bottom right of the first block you have to jump over.
